We pay tribute to an ancestral treasure: the Melipona Beecheii Bee, a Mayan legacy that time threatens to erase. This sacred, stingless bee was revered by our ancestors for the golden, amber-toned honey it produced, rich in healing and mystical properties. More than just a creature, it was seen as a bridge between the earthly and the divine; a gift from nature connecting both worlds.

Today, this Mayan treasure is in danger. Through the art of handmade craftsmanship, we raise our voices, inviting awareness of the importance of preserving the gifts nature offers us. Each pair of these pieces carries a delicate weave, hand-embroidered on linen by artisans from Zinacantán, using a filling and loose thread technique that requires more than four hours of dedication for each pair. In this way, we reaffirm that the best things come with the patience and love that only artisanal work can offer.
